This page explains, as Muppy QR Menu ("Muppy", "we"), muppymenu.com which personal data we collect through our website and the digital menu service we provide to our customers, for what purpose, and how we process it. It has been prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Hangi Verileri Topluyoruz?

• Contact form: Name, email, phone and message content.
• Account/Panel registration: Business name, email, phone and an irreversible (hashed) form of your password.
• Usage data: Session information, cart contents and your language preference, these are stored temporarily via browser cookies/session.
• Payment: If payment is taken through a payment provider (e.g. iyzico), your card details never reach our servers; they are processed directly by the payment provider.

2. What Do We Use Your Data For?

• To respond to your request/message,
• To create your account and provide the service (menu panel, order tracking, etc.),
• To meet our legal obligations,
• To collect anonymous usage statistics in order to improve service quality.

Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent or a legal basis.

Our site uses strictly necessary cookies to remember your session, your cart and your language preference. No third-party advertising/tracking cookies are currently used; should analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) be added in the future, this page will be updated.

4. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

5. Veri Saklama

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and within the scope of legal retention obligations; when you close your account it is deleted or anonymised upon your request.
